Returns & Refunds
For food products, any item that has been opened cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. If you have ordered an item by mistake and it is unopened, we are happy to exchange it, provided you cover the cost of sending the item back to us and the cost of resending the replacement.
For online courses and digital products, once purchased, these items are considered consumed and cannot be refunded. This is due to the nature of digital content, where access is provided immediately upon purchase, and consumption is considered to have begun once access is granted.
If we make a mistake, such as sending an incorrect item or if an item arrives damaged beyond use, we will address the issue. In most cases, we offer a store credit based on the weight and value of the item. Occasionally, we may provide a refund or resend the correct product, depending on the specific situation.
