Whenever we (TWC) ask for your personal details, we will always keep them private and secure. We will NEVER sell your details to anyone else.  

If we ask for your contact details for an education challenge we host with another entity, both parties collect your details to offer you products or services.  

Being a food business, any product that has been opened cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. If you have ordered an item by mistake, and it is unopened, we are happy to exchange it providing you cover the cost of sending the item back to us, and the cost of resending the replacement.

If we make a mistake in sending you an incorrect item, or if an item is damaged beyond use, we will sort it out. Most of the time this is a store credit based on weight and value. Occasionally we will refund or resend the correct product. This is case by case.

The TWC Loyalty Rewards program is designed to incentivise shoppers loyal to TWC. We will resolve any tech issues around points not being assigned, or tier multipliers not working.

If any shopper is found to be seeking to unfairly gain an advantage of the program, they will be excluded from participating. They will also have removed any points they gained unfairly.

We use a number of different carriers to ship your products to you. Occasionally, delays occur with these carriers. We will always do our best to help you know all the information you need, but we cannot be liable for losses or delays that are caused by the carrier, once the carrier collects them from our warehouse.
