Sitting on your couch doing the food shop is THE BEST!

We use a number of different carriers to ship your products to you. Occasionally, delays occur with these carriers. We will always do our best to provide you with all the information you need, but we cannot be liable for losses or delays that are caused by the carrier once the carrier collects the items from our warehouse.

Depending on how much you order, shipping costs either $0, $9.95, or $19.95. Check out the table below to know more.

The warehouse team pick, pack, and dispatch 90% of orders the day after they are placed. *Same day dispatch is possible if you order before 8am.

Once your order is collected and processed by the courier, you'll be sent an email/SMS with tracking info. Delivery takes 1-4 business days to most of the first two regions in the table above. A few more for regional areas.

Delays can sometimes occur, and are out of our hands, but we're happy to check for you :)

If there are any special delivery requirements, please add them to 'Order Notes' at checkout. Must be under 160 characters for the courier to receive.

One of our primary objectives in improving our service is to lower the free shipping threshold and the regional shipping rate. Your support makes this happen sooner!
